DOA

DOA merupakan salah satu cara untuk mencapai ketenangan jiwa, sekaligus merupakan kunci hajat, tempat memperolehi harapan bagi orang-orang yang mempunyai keperluan, tempat mencari perlindungan bagi orang-orang yang terdesak, dan tempat bernafas lega bagi orang-orang yang memiliki keinginan.

     Sesungguhnya, Allah s.w.t. telah menyuruh manusia berdoa. Dia berfirman:

     Ertinya:

     "Berdoalah kepada Tuhanmu dengan rendah diri dan suara yang lembut."

(Al'A'raf: 55)

     Dia berfirman: Dan Tuhanmu berfirman:

     Ertinya:

     "Berdoalah kepada-Ku, nescaya akan Kuperkenankan bagimu."

(Ghafir: 60)

     Allah s.w.t. telah mencela kaum yang meninggalkan doa. Allah s.w.t. berfirman:

     Ertinya:

     "Dan sesungguhnya Kami telah pernah menimpakan azab kepada mereka, mereka tidak        tunduk kepada Tuhan mereka dan (juga) tidak memohon (kepada-Nya) dengan                      merendahkan diri."

(Al-Mukminun: 76)

     Sahal bin Abdullah berkata, "Allah menciptakan makhluk, setelah itu Dia menyatakan,'Bermunajatlah kepada-Ku. Jika itu tidak kamu lakukan, dengarkanlah dari-Ku. Jika tidak kamu lakukan, berdirilah di pintu-Ku. Jika itu juga tidak kamu lakukan, panjatkanlah segala keinginanmu kepada-Ku.'"

     Allah s.w.t. berfirman:

     Ertinya:

     "Atau siapa yang memperkenankan (doa) orang yang dalam kesusahan apabila dia berdoa      kepada-Nya dan yang menghilangkan kesusahan..."

(An-Naml: 63)

     Rasulullah s.a.w. telah mengkhabarkan berita gembira bagi orang yang telah diberi inspirasi untuk berdoa, bahawa dia termasuk orang yang dikasihi. Rasulullah s.a.w. bersabda:

     "Siapa di antara kamu yang untuknya dibukakan pintu doa, nescaya dibukakan baginya           pintu-pintu rahmat. Allah tidak diminta sesuatu - yakni, yang lebih disukai-Nya -                   daripada diminta al-'afiyah (kesihatan yang baik)."

(HR. At-Tirmidzi dan al-Hakim)

     Rasulullah s.a.w. juga menyampaikan berita gembira bagi orang yang berdoa, bahawa dia akan dijaga dengan penjagaan Allah dan dilindungi dengan perlindungan istimewa yang berfungsi sebagai senjata untuk mengalahkan musuh dan membentengi diri.

     Rasulullah s.a.w. bersabda:

     "Doa adalah senjata orang beriman, tiang agama, cahaya langit dan bumi."

(HR. Al-Hakim shahih al-isnad)

     Sabdanya lagi, "Janganlah kamu bersikap lemah dalam doa, kerana tidak seorang pun            yang celaka bersama doa."

(HR. Ibnu Hibban dan al-Hakim)

     Sabdanya lagi:

    

     "Mahukah kutunjukkan kepada kamu apa yang boleh menyelamatkan kamu dari musuh          kamu dan mencurahkan rezeki-rezeki kepada kamu? Berdoalah kepada Allah di malam          dan siang hari, kerana doa adalah senjata orang beriman."

(HR. Abu Ya'la)

     Rasulullah s.a.w. mengkhabarkan berita gembira bagi orang yang berdoa, bahawa doanya akan dikabulkan serta penghadapan dirinya kepada Allah akan diterima. Rasulullah s.a.w bersabda,

     "Sesungguhnya, Allah Pemalu lagi Maha Mulia, dia malu apabila ada seseorang                        menadahkan kedua-dua tangan kepada-Nya dan dia mengembalikannya dalam keadaan          hampa dan kecewa."

(HR. Abu Daud dan At-Tirmidz. Ibnu Majah dan Ibnu Hibban mengatakan bahawa ini hadith Hasan, bahkan shahih)

     Rasulullah s.a.w. juga bersabda:

     "Sesungguhnya, Allah Maha pengasih lagi Maha Mulia. Dia malu terhadap hamba-Nya yang      menadahkan kedua-dua tangan kepada-Nya tanpa Dia letakkan sesuatu kebaikan pun            padanya."

(HR. Al-Hakim shahih al-isnad)

      Rasulullah s.a.w. menjelaskan tentang bentuk-bentuk pengabulan doa. Semua bentuk pengabulan doa adalah baik, yang disegerakan mahu pun yang ditunda. Yang jelas, semua keadaan orang yang berdoa adalah baik, jika ia mengetahuinya.

     Rasulullah s.a.w. bersabda:

     "Tidak ada seorang muslim pun bermohon dalam sesuatu doa yang tidak mengandungi unsur dosa dan permutusan tali persaudaraan, melainkan Allah memberinya salah satu di antara tiga, pengabulannya disegerakan atau ditangguhkan untuk dirinya di akhirat atau dihindarkan dari kejahatan yang setara." Lalu para sahabat bertanya, "Kalau begitu kami akan memperbanyakkan doa." Kemudian baginda memanggapi, "Sesungguhnya, Allah mempunyai lebih banyak - dari apa yang kamu minta."

(HR. Ahmad, al-Bazzar, Abu Ya'la dan al-Hakim shahih al-isnad)

     Kemudian Rasulullah s.a.w. menjelaskan perkara itu lebih terperinci, hingga masalah ini menjadi jelas bagi manusia, dan mereka pun boleh melihat doa yang mereka kira belum dikabulkan.

     Sabdanya, "Allah memanggil orang beriman pada hari kiamat, hingga Dia memberdirikannya di hadapan-Nya. Dia berkata, 'Hamba-Ku, Aku sungguh telah menyuruhmu agar berdoa kepada-Ku, dan Aku telah berjanji kepadamu bahawa Aku akan mengabulkan permohonanmu, maka adakah dulu Engkau berdoa kepada-Ku?' Hamba itu menjawab, 'Benar, wahai Tuhanku.' Tuhan berkata, 'Sesungguhnya, tidaklah kamu berdoa kepada-Ku dengan suatu doa melainkan Aku telah mengabulkannya. Tidakkah kamu pernah berdoa kepada-Ku pada hari ini dan itu kerana suatu kesusahan yang telah menimpamu agar Aku memberi kelapangan untukmu, maka Aku pun telah melakukannya untukmu?' Hamba menjawab, 'Benar, wahai Tuhanku.' Tuhan berkata, 'Sesungguhnya, Aku telah menyegerakannya untukmu di dunia. Dan kamu pun berdoa kepada-Ku pada hari ini dan itu kerana suatu kesusahan lain yang menimpamu agar Aku melapangkannya untukmu, tetapi kamu tidak melihat kelapangan.' Hamba menjawab, 'Benar, wahai Tuhanku.' Tuhan berkata, 'Sesungguhnya, Aku telah menyimpannya untukmu di syurga ini dan itu. Kamu berdoa kepada-Ku untuk suatu keinginan supaya Aku memenuhi untukmu pada hari ini dan itu, maka telah Kulakukan itu untukmu.' Hamba menjawab, 'Benar, wahai Tuhanku.' Tuhan berfirman, 'Sesungguhnya, Aku telah menyegerakannya untukmu di dunia. Dan kamu pun berdoa kepada-Ku untuk suatu keinginan yang lain supaya aku memenuhinya untukmu pada hari ini dan itu, tetapi kamu tidak melihat jawapannya.'"

   

     Hamba menjawab, "Benar, wahai Tuhan." Tuhan berfirman, "Sesungguhnya, Aku telah menyimpannya untukmu di syurga ini dan itu."

     Rasulullah s.a.w. bersabda:

     "Allah tidak membiarkan suatu doa yang dimohon oleh hamba-Nya yang beriman                    melainkan Dia menjelaskannya kepadanya baik telah disegerakan di dunia mahu pun              ditangguhkannya dalam bentuk simpanan di akhirat, sehingga seorang beriman berkata        dalam keadaan itu, 'Sekiranya tidak ada sedikit pun dari doa yang disegerakan                        untukku...'"

(HR. Al-Hakim)

     Rasulullah s.a.w mengkhabarkan bahawa doa dapat menghalang datangnya sergapan pelbagai bencana dan meringankan takdir Allah dengan takdir Allah.

     Baginda bersabda:

     "Kewaspadaan tidak berguna bagi takdir, sedangkan doa bermanfaat terhadap ketentuan      yang telah terjadi dan yang belum terjadi. Suatu bencana akan turun, lalu doa                      menemuinya hingga kedua-duanya bergumul sampai hari kiamat."

(HR. Al-Bazzar, Thabrani dan al-Hakim shahih al-isnad)

     Rasulullah s.a.w. bersabda:

     "Tidak ada yang dapat menolak ketentuan (qada') selain doa dan tidak ada yang dapat            memanjangkan umur selain berbakti."

(HR. Tirmidzi)

     Rasulullah s.a.w. juga bersabda:

     "Tidak ada sesuatu yang lebih mulia bagi Allah daripada doa dalam keadaan makmur."

(HR. Tirmidzi, Ibnu Majah, Ibnu Hibban dan Al-Hakim)

     Sejumlah hadith di atas dan hadith-hadith yang lainnya menerangkan bahawa doa adalah faktor paling kuat untuk mencegah datangnya perkara-perkara yang tidak disukai. Doa adalah musuh bencana, menghalang dan mengatasi, mencegah turunnya, menghilangkan dan meringankannya bila telah telah terjadi. Ada hadith yang mengisyaratkan bahawa doa mempunyai tiga kedudukan bersama bencana:

     Pertama, doa lebih kuat daripada bencana sehingga dapat mencegahnya.

     Kedua, doa lebih lemah daripada bencana sehingga bencana dapat mengalahkannya dan si hamba tersebut pun ditimpanya. Akan tetapi kadangkala doa dapat meringankannya, sekalipun keadaannya lemah.

     Ketiga, kedua-duanya saling beradu dan saling mendesak satu sama lain, tetapi pengaruhnya terlewat, entah kerana lemahnya doa itu - contohnya doa itu tidak disukai Allah kerana mengandungi permusuhan atau doanya itu lemah kerana bersumber dari hati yang lemah dan tidak bermohon secara bersungguh-sungguh - atau, kerana adanya penghalang dikabulkannya doa, seperti makanan yang haram, karat dosa-dosa yang menutup hati, dominasi kelalaian, keinginan yang hina, dan perkara sia-sia yang mengalahkannya.

     Diriwayatkan dalam Mustadrak al-Hakim, dari hadith Abu Hurairah, bahawa Nabi s.a.w. telah bersabda: "Berdoalah kepada Allah dengan keyakinan mendapat pengabulan. Dan ketahuilah bahawa Allah tidak menerima doa dari hati yang lalai dan leka."

     Doa merupakan ubat yang berfungsi melenyapkan penyakit, tetapi kelalaian hati terhadap Allah akan melemahkan keampuhannya. Begitu juga makanan yang haram. Makanan yang haram ini akan melumpuhkan dan melemahkan kekuatan doa. Di dalam Sahih Muslim diriwayatkan satu hadith dari Abu Hurairah yang mengatakan bahawa Rasulullah s.a.w. pernah bersabda, "Hai manusia, sesungguhnya Allah itu baik dan tidak menerima selain yang baik. Sesungguhnya, Allah telah memerintahkan oang-orang beriman dengan apa juga yang diperintahkan kepada para Rasul."

     Allah s.w.t. berfirman:

     Ertinya:

     "Hai Rasul-rasul, makanlah dari makanan yang baik-baik, dan kerjakanlah amal soleh.            Sesungguhnya Aku Maha Mengetahui apa yang kamu kerjakan."

(Al-Mukminun: 51)

     Allah s.w.t. berfirman:

     Ertinya:

     "(Hai orang-orang beriman), makanlah dari makanan yang baik-baik yang telah Kami              berikan kepadamu."

     Setelah itu beliau pun menceritakan seorang lelaki yang - telah jauh menempuhi perjalanan hingga rambutnya acak-acakan dan tubuhnya penuh debu. Dia menadah kedua-dua tangannya ke langit seraya berucap, "Ya Tuhanku... ya Tuhanku..." sementara makanannya haram, minumannya haram, pakaiannya haram dan diberi makan dengan yang haram, maka dari mana doanya boleh diperkenankan.

     Abdullah bin Imam Ahmad mengatakan cerita di dalam kitab az-Zuhd karya ayahnya, "Pada suatu ketika, Bani Israel dilanda bencana, maka mereka pun keluar menuju ke satu tempat. Lalu Allah s.w.t. menyampaikan wahyu kepada Nabi mereka untuk memberitahu, 'Sesungguhnya, kamu keluar menuju satu tempat dengan tubuh yang berlumuran najis, kamu menadahkan tangan kepada-Ku, sedangkan dengan tangan-tangan itu kamu telah menumpahkan darah, memenuhi rumah-rumah kamu dengan harta benda yang haram. Sekarang, di saat murka-Ku terhadap kamu memuncak, kamu tidak akan mendapat tambahan dari-Ku selain jarak yang semakin jauh.'"

     Abu Zar berkata: "Cukuplah doa bersama perbuatan baik, seperti makan bersama garam."

Jika pernah hatimu tersebut disebabkan daku, luahkanlah agar aku dapat mengubah diriku. Ukhuwah kita untuk selamanya.

5) Tiada ungkapan perpisahaan dalam persahabatan walaupun maut menjadi noktahnya kerana seorang SAHABAT itu terlalu istimewa dalam doa saudarnya yang lain biarpun tanpa bayangnya.

6) SENYUM dan ucapkan ALHAMDULILLAH kerana ALLAH masih izinkan kita bersama mereka yang kita SAYANG.

7) Ya Allah, kuyakin bahwa takdir-Mu lebih baik dari semua yang aku inginkan, berikan aku kekuatan untuk memahami ini sebagai anugerah dari-Mu.

8) Cinta dan kasih sayang manusia hanyalah setitis jika dibandingkan dengan selautan cinta dan kasih sayang Allah. Sekiranya engkau kehilangan yang setitis itu, ia tidak akan menjejaskan kehidupanmu selagi yang selautan itu masih engkau miliki.

9) Orang yang selalu menyediakan dirinya untuk menerima nasihat maka dirinya akan mendapat penjagaan daripada Allah; orang yang membolehkan dirinya insaf dan sabar menerima nasihat orang lain, tandanya ia akan menerima kemuliaan daripada Allah; berasa hina diri dalam ibadat dan bertaat kepada Allah Taala untuk menimbulkan rasa lebih dekat kepada-Nya dan lebih menghindarkan diri daripada nasihat. 10) JADIKANLAH ALLAH SEBAGAI KEKASIH SEJATI DALAM HIDUPMU. "Orang-orang yang beriman sangat mencintai Allah." (QS. al-Baqarah : 165)

12) Rasulullah bersabda bermaksud: "Berbahagialah hidup di dunia bagi orang yang mengumpul kebajikan untuk bekalan hari akhiratnya, sehingga dia memperoleh reda Tuhannya. Dan celakalah hidup di dunia, hingga dia terhalang daripada (mengerjakan) amalan untuk akhiratnya, dan lalai untuk memperoleh reda Tuhannya." -- Hadis riwayat al-Hakim

13) Hargai... "Malam itu panjang... jangan dipendekkan dengan banyak tidur... siang itu terang... jangan digelapkan dengan dosa..."

14) Ilmu sedikit yang sentiasa di amalkan lebih baik dari ilmu banyak tetapi tidak pernah diamalkan. Kalau kita rasa susah, fikir-fikirkanlah bahawa ada lagi orang yang lebih susah dari kita dan jika kita senang, ingatlah, ada lagi orang yang lebih senang dari kita. 15) Beribadahlah seakan-akan engkau akan mati esok pagi dan bekerjalah seakan-akan engkau akan hidup selamanya.

17) "Ya Allah sebagaimana Engkau telah cantikkan rupaku, maka cantikkanlah juga akhlakku."(HR Ahmad & Ibn Hibban)

18) Tiga hal adalah kemuliaan dunia dan akhirat: memaafkan orang yang menzalimimu, menyambung tali persaudaraan terhadap orang yang memutuskannya, dan sabar ketika engkau diperlakukan sebagai orang bodoh.
